The partners in the URB_ART project met in Iceland. Reykjavík Ensemble International Theatre Company hosted the meeting in Reykjavík, a vibrant cultural capital at the very edge of the Arctic Circle. For the first time, since the launch of the project, the representatives of EDUCULT (Austria), FilmWorks Trust (UK), Proportional Message (Portugal), Reykjavík Ensemble International Theatre Company (Iceland) met in person, and the researchers from ZRC SAZU (Slovenia) joined the group via an online call.
Our two-day session in Reykjavík focused on the results of our recent research activity: Baseline Survey on Transdisciplinary and Multilingual Urban Arts Education, in which we investigated the needs, challenges, and successful practices in the arts education of adults in urban settings.
